Junior Seidl - Chief Operating Officer
HAROLDO SEIDL JUNIOR, a Brazilian by heart, Michigan born, is a multi-cultural and multi-gifted individual - the resourceful spring that keeps BORELLI Properties Remodeling, LLC moving forward and on the edge.
Having been exposed to many fields and many lands, Junior brings with him an incredible variety of favorable and positive elements. His past experience and many years of direct hands-on involvement in the stone industry overseas, his technical and practical exposure to the industry through Ston'Art Galleria and GranTops, coupled with the manifestation of challenges he has faced serving at FUNDAMED's drilling program overseas, and his sense of humor, give him a unique capability for adaptation and problem solving.
Volunteer work carried out in his youth in the USA, Nicaragua, Russia, Dominic Republic and Brazil have been the seed that germinated in his heart and made him passionate for service to others. Junior's true passion is the development of means and technologies to help people help themselves in areas in distress. As Technology Development Director for MissionServ International Aid, he runs the FACTORY of HOPE Buildings Program in Brazil on a volunteer basis.
God and family are a priority in Junior's life. He still makes time to coach soccer for local young groups and once in a while sets the sails of another love of his life - a sailboat called Shadow that waits peacefully for sporadic visits in Annapolis, MD.
Dirci Borelli Marquart - Chief Executive Officer/

DIRCI BORELLI MARQUART, born in the tropical land of Brazil, came to the USA in the seventies in search of knowledge and opportunities. With a vast involvement in the international arena, she has worked in the public and private sectors of mining and oil exploration as well as served in organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank and ADRA International, among others.
Her interests in developing the family business in the stone industry sector, made Frederick, Maryland, her home base of choice. Jointly with her two sons, Junior and Paulo Seidl, names such as Ston'Art Galleria, GranTops and Royal Stone became an icon in the region where they served - the great Washington/Baltimore area, covering the states of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Dirci finds time to enjoy the artistic world, including painting and music - she sings 1st Soprano in the National Christian Choir. Reading, square dancing and traveling are some of her favorite pastimes. However her passion is in uniquely serving God by making a difference in other people’s lives by means of service - for that reason she founded and runs MissionServ International Aid, Inc., a 501.c3 non-for-profit organization that ministers and promotes volunteering services and international short-term missions to assist and develop needy communities abroad.
Dirci considers herself extremely blessed for having her greatest friends in her two sons, Paulo and Junior, who gave her two very special grandsons, Brendon & Brayan – the four men that today, coupled with her ministry, make her life very special and worth living.
Luiz Helm - Shop & Safety Manager/
LUIZ brings a wealth of knowledge to Borelli from his extensive training in Architecture, Construction, Leadership, Business and Customer Service. Luiz has the ability to troubleshoot problems before they arise and his leadership qualities enhance our quality control department and ensures that your project will be handled with the utmost care.
In his free time Luiz enjoys time with family and friends, volunteering with MissionServe International Aid, Inc., boating and design.
Tracy King DeMattos - Office, HR & Finance Manager
TRACY joins Borelli with 17 years of experience working in the construction industry, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. With a Bachelors degree in Business Management, she offers unique mix of knowledge in the office. Tracy has also worked in the nonprofit healthcare industry where she learned sales and marketing and customer relations on a different level.
A wife and mother of three daughters. Tracy loves to spend time with her family. In her spare time, she designs cakes for all occasions, loves to plan parties, attend dance classes. Serving God and striving to always lend a helping hand - Tracy volunteers at the teen pregnancy center to benefit young girls. Tracy's next ventures include traveling to Italy and Brazil.
Angela Farris - Sales Associate/Designer
ANGELA has been in the construction industry for over 14 years. She has worked for several general and subcontractors as an estimator, project manager, and designer. Angela was previously the executive sales manager for GranTops. She loves to design simple, affordable, elegance.
The mother of three wonderful children, Angela dedicates her spare time to coaching youth basketball and being the biggest fan at her children's sporting events!
April Lyter- Sales Associate/Designer
APRIL joins Borelli with experience in all phases of kitchen and bath projects; from concept to completion. A graduate of The Art Institute of York with a in Interior Design, April brings her passion for creating spaces that not only function well, but are also beautiful.
A mother and grandmother, April enjoys her family. In her free time, she loves to be creative whether it is drawing or creating stained glass pieces. April has a love for the outdoors enjoying hiking, scuba diving or just searching the beach for sea shells. April has served as a hospice volunteer and is currently looking for other opportunities to serve the community.
Peter Faust- Remodeling Sales Associate/Designer
PETER has served in the kitchen and bath industry for 14 years. With a background in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittburgh, he is knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction industry, from designa dn renderings to management and the opportunity to be a business owner.
Understanding, listening and a passion for his work helps to ensure a pleasant experience for his clients. Volunteering for the local food bank and soup kitchen are some activities outside of work. Along with sports, family is the most important thing to Peter.
Victor Noriega - Lead Installer/Templater
VICTOR works for Borelli as templater and installer of countertops and aide in remodeling services. Offering over 6 years of direct experience with the template and installation of countertops with a high level of excellent customer satisfaction.
Victor also has been completing specialty remodeling services for over 10 years. In his spare time, Victor enjoys spending time with his family and friends, mechanical work on automobiles, and playing soccer..
Rema Abella - Administrative Assistant/

REMA was born in Cebu, Philippines the second child of two. She graduated college with a Business Administration Degree and moved to the U.S. to be united with her husband and live the "American Dream."
Proud to say that one of her greatest acheivements in life was working full-time while completing her degree. Rema has over 15 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, service, and healthcare industries. Her background is in administration, customer service and staff support duties. Always eager to learn new things and explore various tasks that would help her grow and expand her knowledge and skills.
